What The Nest is

The Nest is a high-support space for people with special needs in St. Petersburg, Florida. The room has a hard capacity. A booking is a reserved slot in that room, not a waitlist and not an open-ended hold on the calendar.

This Preview site

This website is a public marketing and booking shell. You can read how booking will work, create an account when Auth is configured, and choose cookie settings. Checkout and live holds are product work in progress. This Preview is not Production and does not by itself confirm a paid reservation.

Accounts

If you create an account, use the same email you will book with. You are responsible for keeping that sign-in to yourself. We may close an account that is used to interfere with capacity, holds, or other guests.

Holds and payment

• A hold keeps a slot for a short time. It is not a confirmed booking.
• Payment is through Stripe Checkout. The booking is confirmed only after Stripe reports a successful payment.
• If payment fails, expires, or is not completed in time, the hold is released so someone else can take the slot.

Cancel, refund, no-show, and house rules will be published here when they are confirmed. Until then, treat the homepage booking steps as the product description, not a contract.
